Abstrakt: Present work is an attempt to study the parametric dispersion relation of ion implanted semiconductor quantum plasma (IISQ) in which charges on grain are varying due to charging processes by electrons. Grain charging not only gives rise to sink terms in the continuity equations but also results in depletion of electron fluxes since the grains absorb the impinging electrons. In this analysis, we examine the contribution of Momentum transfer in colloidal plasma due to charging deduced from the conservation relations in unmagnetized semiconductor quantum plasma. Momentum transfer term in parametric dispersion relation is found to modify the existing modes of propagation in the IISQ plasma. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
