Spectroscopic criteria for early diagnosis of changes in the mineral and organic matrix of hard dental tissues.

Abstrakt: At the present stage of development of medical science, experimental and clinical dentistry is often used in scientific research, which allows diagnosing preclinical stages of manifestations of changes in tissues and organs of the oral cavity and biological fluids at the level of nanotechnology enabling to study the mechanisms of molecular transformation that lead to occurrence of pathological changes. One of the promising methods of research is infrared spectroscopy. The advantage of the method is that the absorption spectrum can be obtained with a small amount of the test substance (0.1-0.01 cm3) and under conditions of different aggregate states (solution, powder, liquid).
