Abstrakt: |
The article is devoted to the analysis of the Stalinist repressive policy after the Second World War. On the basis of archival and investigative cases of a citizen of the Ukrainian SSR Czilya Vladimirovna Zaslavskaya the author shows the mechanism of unlawful re-conviction of ‘especially dangerous state criminals’, as well as the process of their rehabilitation. The conclusions of the study show that the repressive policy in the post-war period was unlawful and contrary to Soviet law.
