Abstrakt:	The article reports on the ruling by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), upholding the revocation action filed by Supermac's (Holdings) Ltd. against the BIG MAC trademark of McDonald's in the European Union (EU) due to nonuse. Also cited are McDonald's oppositions against Supermac's trademark applications for SUPERMAC's for restaurant services, and some tips to maintain trademark registrations in the EU.
