The article presents a case study of a 4-year-old female patient that was diagnosed with cholesterolosis bulbi in the right eye. Topics discussed include the medical history and symptoms presented such as photophobia and redness of the eye, results of the anterior segment photograph and ultrasonogram performed which revealed the presence of polychromatic refractile crystals, and the possible causes of crystal depositions in the eye. |
