Abstrakt:	Problems of the micro- and nanostructiring of the surfaces of solid bodies exposed to laser radiation are considered. The formation of periodic surface structures via femtosecond laser processing is shown using examples of the structuring of molybdenum and the synthesis of titanium carbide coatings.
