Abstrakt: The article presents a case study related to 14-year-old boy who has diagnosed with Kleine–Levin syndrome (KLS), and in whom cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) being positive for anti-NMDA (N-methyl-D-aspartate)-type glutamate receptor antibodies. It mentions that the anti-NMDA-type glutamate receptor antibodies has detected in CSF, which has not been reported in a pediatric patient, and the NMDA-type glutamate receptors has composed of four subunits, including GluN1 and GluN2B.
