Presents findings of a study which tested the hypothesis that exogenous CXCR3 ligands CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11 directly promote allergen-selective enhancements in Th-1 recall immune responses in allergic individuals. Role of CXCL10 chemokine in enhancing interferonϒ production; Reponse of allergic individuals to allergens mediated by Th2 cytokines or interleukin-10; Relationship between CXCR3 expression on peripheral blood CD4+/CD45RO+ cells. |
