Modern agricultural production requires continuous monitoring of business processes in order to control and rationalize the work. To this end, milking has an important place in the structure of work. Most of the work on dairy farms is milking. The quantity and quality of milk obtained depends on the type of milking system and the working procedures, as well as the correct washing and maintenance of the milking system. The choice of milking system depends primarily on the number of dairy cows, the size and type of farm facility. This paper describes in detail the milking systems used for milking in ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola and their characteristics. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
