Investigations of the morphology of surfaces of glass, titanium, and polymer films in the initial state and after treatment in the plasma of a dielectric barrier discharge by atomic force microscopy have been carried out. The change in the topography of these materials′ surface and in its roughness and hydrophilic-hydrophobic properties has been established after the treatment in the dielectric-barrier-discharge plasma.
