The workplace is changing, and it's becoming more difficult for managers to engage and retain their employees. The quality of the manager can make or break a job, but unfortunately, many companies lack adequate training for new and existing managers. In Focus on Them, editors Ryan Changcoco, Megan Cole, and Jack Harlow take a "back to basics" approach to helping managers serve and develop the people who report to them.
