| Abstrakt: | Involvement of the scalp by pyoderma gangrenosum is uncommon. In patient, the diagnosis was made only when typical clinical features emerged, although the investigations helped to eliminate the alternative diagnoses. Pyoderma gangrenosum is associated with ulceratlve colitis, Crohn's disease, rheumatoid arthritis, monoclonal gammopathy, and myeloprollferative disorders but occurs alone in 50% of cases and may affect wound sites or areas of skin damaged by other skin diseases. |
