Abstrakt: The article discusses the criminal procedure annotations entitled in the 18 U.S. Code Section 2 for primary offenders and their accomplices. Topics include analysis of factors that constitute aiding and abetting in a crime; a perceived culpability gap between accomplice and primary offender through which an accomplice escapes liability; and victims who pay extortion, blackmail, or ransom monies and qualifies for the exception.
