| Abstrakt: | The vast majority of those, both locals and tourists, who enjoy the great outdoors respect this privilege and take only photographs and leave only footprints. In December 2019, Adam Goddard of 4x4AdventuresNZ, shouted out, asking for volunteers to help clear up a short stretch of the Ashley River, close to Christchurch. Adam had contacted ECAN (Environment Canterbury), who had supplied paper rubbish bags and arranged a pick-up point for what we collected. [Extracted from the article] |
