The article focuses on the diversity and inclusion of legal profession which is an imperative for Federal Bar Association (FBA). It mentions how lawyers can ensure equal access to justice if we cannot provide equal access to the profession itself and lawyers surveyed by the National Association for Law Placement Inc. (NALP) reported having a disability. It also mentions FBA formed a Special Task Force on Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) to work with candor, reflection, and intention. |
