Among their smaller donationslast year was a $1.5 million gift toSustainable Ocean Alliance, anorganization that is working to developsolutions to protect and cleanthe world's oceans, and donationsto charities fighting homelessnessin the Bay Area, education groups,health care programs, and environmentalnonprofits.
