The article presents a study on Phenotypic Transition of Periodontitis-derived Macrophages. Topics discussed include evaluate the ability of periodontitis-derived macrophages to polarize towards proinflammatory M1 and pro-healing M2 phenotypes; undergo phenotypic transition from M1 to M2 phenotype; and freshly draw peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) will be isolated using Ficoll-Plaque. |
