Preparation of early strength micro-expansion cement-based grouting.

Abstrakt: Through the study of the influence of various factors such as gradation of sand, water-to-binder ratio, sand-binoler ratio, expansion agent, water reducing agent and re-dispersible emulsion powder on cement-based grouting, cement-based grout with early strength, high strength and super fluidity are obtained. The results showed, when the sand-binder ratio was 1:1.5, the re-dispersible emulsion powder was 2%, the water reducing agent was 0.5% of the cementitious material, the expansion agent was 0.1%~0.2% of the cementitious material, and the water-to-binder ratio was 0.33, the performance of the grout is the best. The initial fluidity reached 380 mm, the retained fluidity reached 340 mm at 90 min, the flexural strength at 28 days reached 12.62 MPa, and the compressive strength was greater than 80MPa.
