| Abstrakt: |
A case study is presented of a 31-year-old male with a large fungating shoulder mass. Computed tomography of the chest demonstrated diffuse miliary nodules and 2 larger peribronchiolar nodules, and magnetic resonance imaging of the left shoulder revealed no evidence of osteomyelitis. He is sugested for the diagnosis of pulmonary blastomycosis with cutaneous dissemination. |
