| Abstrakt: |
Foundation for the Study of Asthma and other Allergic Diseases, founded in 1982 by the Argentinian Association of Allergy and Immunology, has made an agreement with the national Sports Secretariat to promote the development of physical and recreational activities for allergic and asthmatics throughout the country. The general objective is to demonstrate and disseminate the fact that allergic and asthmatic patients can and should undertake physical activities under the appropriate medical control. Sports centers and professors of physical education are provided by the Sports Secretariat to coordinate activities, and the foundation contributes the medical and paramedical staff to monitor patients during these activities. |
