Abstrakt: |
In this paper, a damage predicting form is developed using fuzzy logic techniques. An earthquake damages the building severely. In order to avoid and relieve devastation, it is essential to frame a disaster attentiveness plan according to the results of damage prediction. It is more coherent to deal with earthquake-related damage forecasting problems using fuzzy logic, as there be plenty of unclear and fuzzy concepts in damage predicting problem and relations involving concerning factors have confusing nature.
