Virus hepatitis C is a global problem today. The importance of molecular diagnostic methods for studying the spatial epidemiological aspect of the disease is highlighted. The review presents the knowledge accumulated so far on the genetic characteristics and the ecological aspects of the virus, the pathogens is in its epidemiological aspect, the features of the source of infection, risk groups and the relevant human reservoir. Risks for infection are presented and estimated. The information published by leading researchers in the literature is presented and analyzed in detail. Data are presented from studies carried out by the team on genotyping and defining the viral load in cases of hepatitis C virus. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
