| Abstrakt: | The article presents a brief professional note on Senegalese novelist Boubacar Boris Diop. It describes the work of the major writer of African literature, born in Senegal in 1946, who received in 2000 the literary Grand Prix of black Africa. He belongs to the generation of writers who came to prominence in the 1980s, whom the critic Sewanou Dabla calls "novelists of the second generation." |
