Abstrakt: We present two HIV-infected patients who developed multiple eruptive dermatofibromas (MEDF) after initiation or change of antiretroviral therapy (ART). Multiple eruptive DF s can mimic Kaposi's sarcoma clinically, and disseminated Kaposi's sarcoma can be associated with HIV IRAD/IRIS [7] so both entities must be contemplated in the differential diagnosis of eruptive skin lesions after initiation of ART.[8].
