The revolution of technology has brought a changes in variety aspects including transportation parking system due to the tremendous Increase In number of vehicles reported. The technology implement in the development of the parking system can increase the system productivity since the current parking system have lots of problem such as ticketing booth having technical errors, drivers unable to reach ticket, and losing of parking ticket. Therefore, this paper aim to improve the current Implementation of car parking system by integrating a new technologies in order to achieve the "smart" parking system status. The study taken into consideration the issue arise regarding the parking system, the research carry out on the similar system available as a benchmark, and the study come out with the conceptual framework as a foundation in developing the smart parking system. Accordingly, with the Integration of technology in the development of the car parking system can help to minimize the problems faced by the car park management and at the same time can improve the system efficiency.
