Abstrakt: The article describes the case of a 38-year-old female patient diagnosed with lupus vulgarus for which antitubercular treatment was planned. Highlights include the patient's aortic valve replacement and Bentall procedure for aortic dissection and aneurysm of the aorta in 2007, clinical pharmacology opinion sought for acenocoumarol dose adjustment, and the sequential changes in prothrombin time-international normalized ratio.
