The rapid development of technologies has a significant impact on geopolitics. It motivates to engage in search for new geopolitical scientific methods and approaches regarding application of this science. The combination of geographical, historical, cultural, anthropogenic and security factors, with the duration of their influence on geopolitical processes, forms a comprehensive view on the possible strategies of the geopolitical actor. The data obtained from the study of the proposed factors are potential opportunities and limitations of the geopolitical actor.
