| Abstrakt: | Hyperdynamic syndrome in patients with cirrhosis and portal hypertension, which is characterized by increased heart rate and cardiac output, and reduced systemic vascular resistance and arterial blood pressure, is a well-known clinical condition requiring certain therapeutic intervention.
