It has been shown that high activity at interaction of particles of finely divided powders of ferromagnetic materials leading to development of aggregates and increase of internal friction hampers the production of high-quality powder parts. A special technology has been offered as an effective solution of this problem, which is based on the application of a variable magnetic field under the influence of which weighing of particles and setting them in intensive magneto-vibrational motion and destruction is provided. A design model of magneto-vibrational destruction of aggregates has been developed which establishes the dependence of the destruction degree of aggregates of finely divided powders of hard-magnetic materials under the conditions of their magneto-vibrational interaction from induction and a gradient of a variable magnetic field induction. This article presents the results of pilot studies of the impact of induction and a gradient of a variable magnetic field induction on destruction degree of aggregates of finely divided powders under the conditions of their magneto-vibrational interaction with the application of a method of sieve classification in the highgradient electromagnetic field. It has been established that the increase of induction of a direct component of magnetic field leads to the increase in aggregate resistance to external factors; and its destruction is effective only at small values of induction of a magnetic field. Besides, the increase of productivity of a magneto-vibrational technology for account of reduction of production time of one magnet in comparison with a wet-mud technology has been noted.
