Our masters students have been studying the functioning of organizations for years during their professional practice. We have found that most problems in the life of organizations are due to communication shortcomings. In particular, we consider schools. Most of the problems in their life, originate from deficiencies in managerial and pedagogical communication. Despite the abundant literature on the issue, the institute's leaders expressed a desire, during the interventions, to read a study that summarizes the most important expectations about the leader's communication. This study attempts to answers this practical need. Many aspects of management communication should differ from everyday communication. It is a complex, consciously planned activity as management communications underpins managerial efficiency and it is a tool for establishing relationships. The ability to function as an organization depends on the communications from management. Communicating from leadership roles requires more responsibility and awareness. Our study discusses the conditions for effective institutional communication, outlining the key conditions that must be met by the manager's communication in institutions that specialise in education.
