Abstrakt: Structural features of TiNi-based alloys with different Ti contents in the B2 matrix phase were studied at the stage of production of a porous monolithic structure. It was shown that the main feature of the alloys is homogeneity of the structure formed, which enabled their use for production of a porous monolithic structure. The study showed the efficiency of additional mechanical grinding of the monolithic plate surface to provide a more developed surface. It was found that at the boundary of transition of the porous zone to the monolithic one, powder particles are sintered to a monolithic TiNi plate, and its structure does not show an increase in the concentration of particles of the secondary phases Ti2Ni and Ti4Ni2 (O, N, C) and softening of the structure formed.
