Abstrakt: The handbook is relevant to the urban studies discipline as several chapters that stand out as needed rebuttals in urban studies discussions and classes and some chapters look at long-studied topics such as housing and urban design through a new lens. One of the most interesting and useful aspects of the handbook is chapters' shifting the lens through which we view urban policy and pushing the boundaries of urban studies as a discipline. Along with these chapters, the I Handbook i touches on other topics that may seem a bit idiosyncratic for a handbook, such as chapter 15, "Lights, City, Action ..." by Tim Edensor.
