| Abstrakt: |
The risk society that arose from the transition from an industrial to a postindustrial social system is analyzed. A paradoxical cyclical relationship has been identifi ed between risky and hazardous situations and a society of this type, enabling both the risk producer and the consumer to be considered at risk. It emphasizes the need not just to conduct research to conceptualize the concept of risk and to study the features of globalization trends in a risk society, but also to study the issue of developing environmental security, environmental thinking and environmental being, which should at least partially protect society from real and unrealistic threats.
