Abstrakt: Three-dimensional numerical simulation of the complete structure and experimental measurements of a microstrip dielectric-resonotor bandpass filter (MDR-BPF) are presented. The numerical stimulation was performed by using the 3D finate-element method (FEM). A bandpass filter using two dielectric resonators (DRs) in a rectangular metallic enclosure coupled through microstrip lines has been realized around 6.55 GHz. Numerical results and measured data are compared. Good agreements are achieved. The change percentage of the filter passband frequency as a function of the DR dielectric constant were investigated.
