Abstrakt: With the continuous development and consumption of lead sulphide resources, the efficient development and utilization of oxidized lead ore has become an important way to ensure the demand for lead in China. This paper is aimed treating the oxidized lead ore with Pb grade of 4. 54% in the Tengchong area of Yunnan, which contains mainly anglesite cerusite and a small amount of galena. The ore was deep vulcanized by vulcanization-xanthate method and then flotated with mixed collector. In the process, the effects of grinding fineness, dosage and dosage on the enrichment of lead minerals were studied. When the ore grinding fineness is 80%-74 µm, the flotation closed-circuit test can obtain lead concentrate products with higher grade and recovery rate. The lead concentrate contains Pb 64.50%, Pb recovery rate is 90.74%, and the sorting index is good. This study can provide a certain technical basis for the development and utilization of similar ore resources. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
