Ten years ago, a 17-year-old high school student noticed a small growth in the prepuce near the free edge; this elevation began to grow progressively until it was 0.5 cm long and 0.3 cm wide. The base of this tumor was not pediculated, it was lighter in color than the skin around it, and its consistency was half soft. Diphallia is one of the most rare congenital anomalies of the urogenital tract, occurring in 1 child per every 5 to 6 million live births. |
