| Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on purification of allergens in Cladosporim herbarum. Extracts of Cladosporium herbarurn were characterized by means of crossed immunoelectrophoresis and the allergens were identified by means of crossed radioimmunoelectrophoresis. Two of the allergens were isolated by means of ultrafiltration, gel liltration and isoelectric focusing. The article also deals with selected aspects of this work. The degree of purity of the isolated allergens was expressed in terms of immunological criteria based on the use of available rabbit antisera and patient sera. |
