Abstrakt: By the airless urea selective catalytic reduction after-treatment, the experiment was carried out on a diesel engine test bench. The effects of urea injection rate, wall temperature, urea injection frequency on urea deposition were investigated. The results show that the air flow is affected by the spatial arrangement of the exhaust pipe, which results in the asymmetric distribution of urea deposit on the inner wall of the exhaust pipe. The mass of urea deposit is negatively correlated with wall temperature when the wall temperture is beyond 140 T and the exhaust temperature is 200 T with exhaust flow rate of 200 kg/h, the urea injection of 270 g, the injection frequency of 10 800 times. When the amount of urea injection is 270 g, increasing the frequency of urea injection will increase urea deposition mass and urea doposition length. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
