Abstrakt: The new LHEP JINR linear accelerator HILAC [1] is one of the main elements of the NICA heavy ion injector facility [2]. The HILAC-Booster beam transport channel contains two dipole magnets, seven quadrupole lenses, a debuncher, a set of steerers and beam diagnostics elements.
