Abstrakt: The aim of this paper is to present a generalization of the fractional variational problem, where the objective function involves a combination of classical and fractional order operators. We establish the necessary and sufficient optimality conditions with respect to the Jacobi and Legendre variational tests of the second variations. Additionally, we construct two examples that enable us to verify these variational tests to describe the optimality conditions of the proposed problem. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
