| Abstrakt: | The article offers information on the recovery of art fragments of early Islamic Cameo Glass from Alexandria, Egypt. Topics discussed include that the layers included remains of overlying early Islamic architecture; recovery of fragments of cylindrical cup or conical beakers; and recovery of a bowl with a horizontal ridge, representing the characteristics of Abbasid–Fatimid periods. |
