To compare the contribution of training using virtual simulation with theoretical instruction alone in the learning of pelvic ultrasound for gynecological emergencies in non-experienced students. After a very short training session, using virtual simulation, inexperienced students produce proper pictures for the management of gynecological emergencies and better quality ultrasound pictures than students trained only theoretically.
