Abstrakt: EP02.08: Neonatal outcomes in expectantly managed pregnancies complicated by periviable premature rupture of membranes between 14/0-23/6 weeks of gestation To evaluate fetal and neonatal outcomes of expectantly managed pregnancies complicated by PPROM between 14/0 to 23/6 weeks of gestation. PPROM at an earlier gestational age in the periviable period is more likely to lead to fetal demise than PPROM after 20/0 weeks of gestation; however, the majority of those who survived experienced neonatal demise.
