The article discusses the guarantees of the rainbow pact. It notes that changes in the distance between the Earth and the Sun or in the inclination of the axis of the planet have routinely generated alterations in the dynamic systems of the planet, by producing circuits of positive feedback that, over time, causes warming or general cooling of the atmosphere. It adds that activities can force massive changes to the dynamic systems of the planet. |
