Abstrakt: An implantable, highly compliant device for targeted heating of internal organs is developed, as described in the article 1900407 by Cãnón Bermudez, Tetyana Yevsa, Denys Makarov and co-workers. The device is fabricated on a 6- m-thick polymeric foil, which seamlessly conforms even to a soft liver tissue and allows for precisely controlled heating without on-site rigid parts.
