Abstrakt: This work is an application of our high performance, high Tc superconducting Micro Electro-Mechanical (MEM) shunt switch to switch the resonance of a coplanar T-resonator structure. This structure (T resonator) was designed to operate at a resonant frequency of 4 GHz. Microwave switches based on MEM technology possess the advantages of small size, light weight, low loss, long life and low power consumption. These switches provide an excellent solution for a wide range of communications, test, military and aerospace applications.
