Abstrakt: B Introduction b : MS symptoms can vary substantially from patient to patient, but all symptoms impact on how patients live their lives and the concessions they make day-to-day to accommodate their disease. B Results: b We found 7 MS with single seizure; 28 patients with MS-Ep: 1) MS characteristics: Gender n(%): Male 12(42,8); Female 16(57,2); age at onset (y): 29,8±13,97; age at diagnostic (y): 33,29±13,25; clinical presentation(n%): RRMS 21(75); SPM 5(17.8); PPMS 2(7.2); basal EDSS 2,67±1,47; final EDSS 4,27±2,48. 2) time to E after MS was 3876 days±2419(SD) 3) seizures n (%): generalized onset 18 (64.3), focal onset with awared 5(17.8) and impared awared 1(3.57), focal to bilateral tonic clonic 1(3.57), unknown 3(10.7). B Results and discussion: b totally include - 48 patient, drop off rate to 12 years - 25%, final group - 36 patients, age - 31,7 (CI 29,2 - 34,1, < 0,05), duration of MS on baseline - 4,69 months (CI 3,31 - 6,08, < 0,05), EDSS - 2,51 (CI 2,23 - 2,82, < 0,05); all included patients received first line injectable disease modifying drugs. Abnormalities in the KP may be associated with the switch from early mild stage MS to debilitating progressive forms of MS and that analysis of KP metabolites in MS patient biological fluids may have application as MS disease biomarkers. B Methods: b MS patients who started DMF or FTY at US sites participating in the MS Partners Advancing Technology and Health Solutions (MS PATHS) network were compared at baseline relative to demographics, MS disease history, PDDS (Patient Determined Disease Steps), number of relapses in the previous year, processing speed test (PST), walking speed, manual dexterity, contrast sensitivity, and Neuro-QoL questionnaire responses.
