Abstrakt: In an effort to explore the notion of inclusive organizations, we present this symposium on yoga and wellbeing in the workplace. The word yoga comes from an ancient Sanskrit word yug meaning 'to unite', a joining together in creating a balance between one's internal and external consciousness (Vivekananda, 2005). Our intention is to provide insights from this Eastern spiritual tradition and philosophy that may offer a complementary perspective on workplace wellness. This symposium has a mix of western traditions that focus on entrepreneurship and eastern spiritual approaches.
