Nowadays the role of tourism is especially important for the restoration and development of Georgian economy. Tourism in Georgia is distinguished by its unique potential and diversity all around the world. However, in spite of this potential it is necessary to renew and improve of the touristic infrastructure permanently, also to promote the development of both the hotel as well as the family guest houses. We believe that it is important to pay attention to such regions where the tourist flows are growing constantly and the supply is overturned by demand. For example: Khevi, Khevsureti, Tusheti, some districts of Kakheti and others. The problem is exacerbated in this and other areas with a nonexistence of three-star budget hotels. It is true that in recent years, the number of hotels is growing, but in most regions they do not meet the international standards. Taking into consideration all the factors, it is difficult to establish an effective management system, especially when it has become a platform of social infrastructure that significantly determines the level of socio-economic development of the country.
