Real Time Intelligent Technological Control of Reliability and Efficiency in the Systems of Carbon Transportation.

Abstrakt: The work is devoted to the system of intelligent technological control of reliability and efficiency in oil and gas (ITCRES), developed at the Department of Transportation of hydrocarbon resources, Tyumen industrial University (TIU). The article describes the basic principles of implementing the technology of intelligent instrumental neural network engineering control, forecasting and prevention of emergency situations, incidents, accidents, optimization and efficiency of technical solutions in the process control of industrial enterprises. Theoretical and practical stages of ITCRES development include individual work with each technical object and specific problems of monitoring and forecasting, which are implemented within the modules. The proposed system of monitoring technological processes of pipeline transport allows one to control technological processes at three levels of management – operational, tactical, strategic.
